Windsurfing: Aldeburgh Wind Direction: S Wind Stength: 20->15knts Surf / Sea State: flat + chop Air Temperature: warm Sea Temperature: warm Weather: sunny! Max Speed: Distance Covered:
Another top session on the estuary at Aldeburgh. Started just before high
tide on 5.5m as the tide switched against the wind became overpowered and
had to change down to 4.7m
Aldeburgh works so well in southerly - clean wind, ok you get across the
river in under a minute, but perfect for practising loads of gybes. For an
hour after high tide agianst the wind you get some pretty good bump and
jump. Unfortunately only one other person out to enjoy!
Got some great advice on duck gydes. Did a few, including 3 planning....
but only on starboard tack..
